About Us

The Enterprise Planning and Continuous Improvement (EPCI) unit within the Division of Information Technology was established in 2015 with the purpose of providing enterprise planning and analytical support to the Division of IT and the broader campus.  Since our inception, the team has grown to include experts in process improvement, change management, and project management.  Our goal is to enable the Division of IT and greater University of Maryland community to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
