Division of IT offices will be closed Friday, June 18, 2021 in observance of Juneteenth. We will reopen on Monday, June 21, 2021.
Additionally, there will be intermittent service outages of many UMD IT services on Sunday, June 13 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The Service Desk call center will be closed on Friday, June 18 and Saturday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.
Summer hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday noon- 4 p.m. Summer hours will be in effect through Sunday, August 29.
Terrapin Tech
Terrapin Tech (McKeldin Library - computer sales and support) will be closed on Friday, June 18 in observance of Juneteenth.
Summer hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for contactless pick-up and drop-off appointments and 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for phone support. Summer hours will be in effect through Sunday, August 29.
Classroom Support (301.405.2500)
Classroom Support will be closed on Friday, June 18 in observance of Juneteenth.
Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Summer hours will be in effect through Friday, August 27.
