IT Service Desk (301.405.1500) and Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)
The Service Desk call center will be closed on Sunday, May 9 in observance of Mother's Day.
The Service Desk call center will also be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.
Summer hours (beginning on Wednesday, May 12) will be Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday noon- 4 p.m. Summer hours will be in effect through Sunday, August 29.
Terrapin Tech
Terrapin Tech (McKeldin Library - computer sales and support) will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.
Summer hours (beginning on Tuesday, June 1) will be Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for contactless pick-up and drop-off appointments and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for phone support. Summer hours will be in effect through Sunday, August 29.
Classroom Support (301.405.2500)
Classroom Support will operate with reduced hours from Reading Day through finals week:
- May 12 (Reading Day): closed
- May 13-15 : 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- May 16: closed
- May 17-19: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- May 20-30: closed
Classroom Support will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.
Summer business hours (beginning on Tuesday, June 1) will be Monday-Thursday 7:45 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Summer hours will be in effect through Friday, August 27.
