Changes to Repair Services for Institutional Devices

Terrapin Tech (0398 Edward St. John Learning and Teaching Center) no longer provides repair services for institutionally owned Dell and Apple devices as of July 1, 2024. Units should work with Dell or Apple directly for institutional repairs. 

Other Terrapin Tech Services

For customers with personal or university-owned Windows, Apple, and Linux devices, Terrapin Tech’s expert technicians will continue to provide support for popular operating systems and software, help with Wi-Fi access and passphrase resets, and assist with a wide range of university academic and administrative applications.
