Some services will have modified hours during Winter Session. Details are below.
Additionally, most of the division, including the Service Desk, Terrapin Tech, and Campus Information Services (301.405.1000) will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2023 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
IT Service Desk (301.405.1500) and Campus Information Services (301.405.1000)
The Service Desk call center will operate with reduced winter hours Tuesday, December 13 through Tuesday, January 24. The reduced hours will be 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and noon-4 p.m Saturday and Sunday.
Normal business hours (8 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, noon-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday) will resume on Wednesday, January 25.
Classroom Support
Classroom Support will operate with reduced hours Tuesday, January 3 through Tuesday, January 24: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Normal business hours (7:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday) resume Wednesday, January 25.
Terrapin Tech
Terrapin Tech (Edward St. John Learning & Teaching Center--computer sales and support) will operate with reduced winter hours Wednesday, December 21 through Tuesday, January 24. Winter hours will be 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Normal business hours (8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday) will resume on Wednesday, January 25.
Production Services
CICS - service for MVS users:
- Saturday, January 14 – normal Saturday service
- Sunday, January 15 – normal Tech Support Sunday
- Monday, January 16 – normal holiday service
