Campus Information (301.405.1000)
Campus Information will operate 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, November 23 and noon-4 p.m. Friday, November 25-Sunday, November 27. It will be closed Thursday, November 24.
Service Desk (301.405.1500) and Terrapin Tech (1221 McKeldin)
The Service Desk call center will operate 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, November 23 and noon-4 p.m. Friday, November 25-Sunday, November 27. It will be closed Thursday, November 24.
Terrapin Tech (computer sales and service) will operate with reduced hours on Tuesday, November 22 (8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.). It will be closed Wednesday-Friday and reopen according to regular hours on Monday, November 28.
Classroom Support Office (301.405.2500)
The Classroom Support office will close at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22 and reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 28.
Production Services
CICS - Mainframe MVS production and Control-M:
- Wednesday -- normal holiday service
- Thursday -- normal holiday service
- Friday -- normal holiday service
- Saturday -- normal weekend service
- Sunday -- normal weekend service
ARES (service for Web Administrative Applications) and TESTUDO (service for Web Student Applications) will offer normal service throughout the holiday weekend.
