The Service Desk and Campus Information Services call center will have the following schedule during Fall Break:
- October 10-11: open noon-4 p.m.
- October 12: closed
- October 13: open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Regular hours will resume Wednesday, October 14.
Terrapin Tech
Terrapin Tech (PTX 0100-walk-in support) will have the following schedule during Fall Break:
- October 10-12: closed
- October 13: open 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Regular hours will resume Wednesday, October 14.
Classroom Support Office (301.405.2500)
The Classroom Support office will be closed Monday and Tuesday, October 12-13.
Regular hours will resume Wednesday, October 14.

CICS - service for MVS users:

Production Control
Production Control will be closed Monday, October 12. If you have an emergency during the break, please contact Computer Operations (301-405-1093) and they will contact the on-call person if needed.
