Pressbooks
Pressbooks is simple book production software that makes it easy to write, develop, and share your ideas. You can use Pressbooks to publish open educational resources, textbooks, scholarly monographs, fiction and non-fiction books, white papers, syllabi, and more.
Box Cloud Storage
Box is a cloud-based storage and collaboration system that provides a Web interface for uploading, downloading, sharing, and discussing files.
Piazza
Use Piazza to host student Q&A, encourage peer responses, and guide discussion directly from your ELMS-Canvas course.
Online Grading with GradeScope
GradeScope is an online grading system that allows students to submit paper-based, digital, and code-based assignments electronically. It supports scanned uploads of quizzes, exams, worksheets, and problem sets. Instructors and teaching assistants can collaborate on assessing and commenting on student work using grading rubrics on a question-by-question basis.
Plagiarism Detection with Turnitin
The Turnitin originality checker is a plagiarism detection tool that can be integrated with ELMS-Canvas assignments, if activated. Instructors have the ability to determine which content resources, word count thresholds, and report sharing options are being used and shared with students.
LockDown Browser
LockDown Browser locks down the testing environment in ELMS. Students can download the software for free from Respondus.
Quiz Extensions
Instructors can use Quiz Extensions to allow specific students extra time on any timed assessment created using the Canvas Quiz Tool.
Explorance
