IT Services and Support
DIT provides a number of different services to support our campus's academic, instructional, and technological needs. Academic IT support offers tickets and consultations on key learning technologies such as ELMS-Canvas. Classroom Technology Support reaches all 335 classrooms across the 41 on-campus buildings. For support on any IT issue, the DIT Service Desk will answer your call or ticket, or you can go in person to Terrapin Tech. For those that want to learn on their own time, DIT provides IT self-service through regular updates to support articles, service catalog articles, and trainings.
