Campus Information (301.405.1000)
Campus Information will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 and will resume operations noon-4 p.m. Friday, November 26-Sunday, November 28.
Service Desk (301.405.1500) and Terrapin Tech (1221 McKeldin)
The Service Desk call center will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 and will reopen and operate noon-4 p.m. Friday, November 26-Sunday, November 28.
Terrapin Tech (computer sales and service) will operate with reduced hours on Tuesday, November 23 (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). It will be closed Wednesday-Friday and reopen according to regular hours on Monday, November 29.
Classroom Support Office (301.405.2500)
The Classroom Support office will close at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23 and reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 29.
CICS - Mainframe MVS production & Control-M:
- Wednesday -- normal holiday service
- Thursday -- normal holiday service
- Friday -- normal holiday service
- Saturday -- normal weekend service
- Sunday -- normal weekend service
ARES (service for Web Administrative Applications) and TESTUDO (service for Web Student Applications) will offer normal service throughout the holiday weekend.
